The petal “Motivation” represents affirmations, motivational quotes or mantras to keep in mind and repeat throughout your day. These can help reduce negative self-talk and negative feelings, to then boost your self-esteem and already up-lift your day.
Story
The petal "Stories" is representing the effectiveness of reading personal experiences shared by people who have been through a similar journey or who have also taken the exercises provided. These will be about the obstacles they went through, how they overcame these, the outcome of their determination to continue and more. These are effective because they can remind you that all people struggle in some way, but there is always a way to overcome them and learn from experience.

Movement
Movement involves fitness exercises like stretching and yoga. The benefits of bringing these into your daily life are many, in fact, they can create mental clarity and calmness, increase body awareness and relieve chronic stress patterns.
Meditation
The sections “Meditation” are the most important. You will find one or more Mindfulness meditation practices where the intention is to be aware of the present moment, external objects or a visualisation of some sort. In others, the intention is to cultivate a particular quality, such as compassion or generosity. Meditation can be described as the “self-study of our own minds”.
Journaling
Journaling provides a way for you to track your progress, assess and reflect on how you carried out your practices, review your day, recognize your strengths and work on the challenges.
Habit
Practicing "habit releasers" can help you break down the habits that trap you in negative ways of thinking. Instead, adopting new, healthy habits can enhance your overall wellbeing.
Awareness Experience
Awareness Experience exercises consist of mindful practices designed to ground you and help you actively and openly focus on the present moment, without judgement. This is important because it allows you to see things more clearly and choose how to respond to difficult situations. It also helps you open yourself up to pleasurable and enjoyable experiences that you might otherwise miss if your mind is focused on the past or future.
How to use the program

This eight-step wellness program is advised to be used in a span of two months: one step each week. Although we recognize the need of more time from certain users, utilizing each practice shown during a single week can help not loose track of focus and motivation. If a person was not able to carry out certain exercises during this time, the best option is to restart during another week. This is more effective than completing them during a longer period of time, because it shows that the user is ready for this journey and has the capability to receive the support. These steps are only the introduction of the rest of a peaceful life. Therefore, if you are not able to keep up with the practices shown, it is completely normal! Be kind to yourself and recognize that the biggest step is looking for this help. Don’t be scared or impatient to restart, as this mindful life will always be waiting for you.
